Additional information for courier. To ensure that your ordered goods are delivered promptly, please provide additional information to the courier to facilitate the delivery process, e.g. the need to call upon delivery, etc.

Provision of your personal document. At the time of delivery, the courier may require a personal identity document (driver’s license, identity card or other document) confirming the identity of the recipient. If the item will be picked up by another person, please, indicate his name in Your order.

Inspection of goods. We recommend for You to check the external condition of the parcel when the goods are delivered by the courier. If you notice at least the slightest violation of the parcel, it is necessary to write a note to the courier about the violations of the parcel or refuse to accept the parcel. Upon acceptance of the parcel and signature of the consignment documents without remarks, the delivery is considered to be of high quality and in this case claims regarding the external damage of the goods will no longer be accepted.

The exact amount of payment. When paying in cash at the time of delivery, please have the exact amount specified in your order. Otherwise, there may be additional problems when the courier will not have the required amount of change.

Delivery time. The courier service delivers orders only on weekdays. Usually, the courier contacts the customer before arrival to arrange the delivery time.

Return of goods. Goods are sold with the warranty period specified in the product description. Ordered goods can be returned to the seller within 14 days, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania without indicating the reason of the return. Returned goods must be in the original intact package as they were received. Goods can be returned by self-delivery or courier at Lauko str. 15, Šventininkų village, Trakai district, LT-21156, Lithuania. After assessing the condition of the returned goods, the money are returned  to the buyer within 5 working days. The consumer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
